Amazon, play.com, you can even order from Microsoft for free but thats a lengthy and complicated process.

Either way, you will pay between 10.00 - 18.99 wherever you go.

Microsoft will send you one for free, if you can wait for it then I would just do that. Contact Microsoft and let them know what you want.

Microsoft no longer offers the data transfer cable for free. And you can't get it from their web site any more. You can order it for $12.99 by calling 1-800-4-my-xbox. Ask for a Data Migration Kit.
